Prices are per apartment per night, and include VAT and all taxes.

For a one-night booking, we charge an additional fee of 50% of the apartment price.

JANUARY-MARCH - we prefer reservations for  7 nights

PRICE INCLUDES: bedding, towels, toilet paper, equipped kitchenette incl. dishcloths and dishwashing liquids, use of common room, ski/bike room incl. electric shoe dryer, WI-FI throughout the building, parking by the house, all statutory fees

PAYMENT CONDITIONS: Upon receipt of the reservation form, email or telephone reservation, the property operator will send the client a preliminary booking confirmation along with the account number and the amount of the advance payment. The reservation becomes binding and will be confirmed by email as soon as the payment is credited, the advance is usually 50% of the price of the stay. By paying the advance, the client agrees with the payment and cancellation conditions stated here. Payment of the remainder of the price of stay is possible before arrival by wire transfer, or on the day of arrival in cash or by credit card.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: If a stay is cancelled by the client 30 days or less before arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged. If the client terminates the stay prematurely without fault on the part of the property operator, the property operator will not be obliged to return the price of the stay, or its proportional part, to the client. A differentagreement is possible provided that an alternative date of stay is agreed.

Children under 3 years in your own cot stay for free. Travel cot can be rented incl. bed linen for a one-time fee of 100 CZK.

Check-in is possible from 15:00, check-out till 10:00. 

The whole building is non-smoking, pets are not allowed for hygienic and safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
